Permit Intake and Kiosk Locations

COVID-19 NOTICE

In an effort to continue serving our community, while protecting the health and safety of customers and employees, the Maricopa County Air Quality Department’s customer service counters are currently closed to the public. The following options are available for customers:

  • Dust permit applications can be submitted and paid for online.
  • Subcontractor registrations/renewals and annual permit fees can be submitted and paid for through our bill pay portal.
  • All other permits may be submitted via email to AQPermits@maricopa.gov. You will be contacted for payment. Dust permit applications submitted by email will not be processed and will be returned.
  • A drop box is available for paper applications outside the lobby at 3800 N. Central Ave., Suite 1400, Phoenix, AZ 85012 and 501 N. 44th St., Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85008.
