MARICOPA COUNTY
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PROCUREMENT

Welcome to the Maricopa County Department of Transportation's (MCDOT) Procurement Services. This site provides access to on-line procurement information to parties interested in doing business with MCDOT, which applies to the procurement of construction and related architectural and engineering services.

You may view information about contracting opportunities, download bid documents and order CD-Rom versions of the bid documents, which will be mailed to you at no cost.

How to Download Bid / Contract Documents

Go to the Invitation to Bids page. Clicking on the desired Work Order Number will direct you to the Public Notice page, where you can either order a CD-ROM or download the Bid/Contract Documents. Downloading Bid/Contract documents or ordering a CD-ROM will automatically place your firm on the planholders list for that Invitation to Bid and you will receive automatic e-mail notifications of addenda.

You must first complete the Consultants / Contractors Application form before ordering a CD-Rom or downloading bid documents.

How to Download Bid / Contract Documents

Adobe Acrobat Reader software must be loaded in your computer to view the downloaded bid/contract documents and drawings. A free copy can be obtained by clicking on the button below.
