Important Notice for all Maricopa County Construction Contractors/Consultants
Maricopa County has begun using BidSync to manage its Article 5 procurement activities for construction projects. If you are currently registered with Maricopa County as an Article 5 Contractor, you MUST also register with BidSync to continue to receive notices of solicitation opportunities for construction projects.
If you are not registered with Maricopa County as an Article 5 Contractor, you must still register here, but your firm also needs to register with BidSync as well. This will allow you to receive notices for any projects that may come up during the transition phase.
For more detailed information about the migration, click here.
At a future date to be determined, Maricopa County will be migrating professional services (A/E) types of solicitations to BidSync. However, at this time, only construction projects will be solicited through BidSync. When required by the County's Procurement Code, A/E professional services types of solicitations will still use the County's Article 5 Registration System as has been done historically. Additional information will be sent out by the County's Office of Procurement Services notifying firms when professional services (A/E) solicitations will be released utilizing BidSync. Regardless, A/E firms are encouraged to register on BidSync prior to the County making this change.
